Due to the highly personalized and hygienic nature of our oral products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, a deposit is paid, or the manufacturing process has begun, we do not offer any refunds, cancellations, or returns under any circumstances. By engaging our services in Cape Town, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a bespoke item that cannot be resold or reused by others.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because each piece is crafted to fit your unique dental structure, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the dental impressions, sizes, and design specifications provided at the start of the project. Your final approval of the design is binding. Grillzmaster ensures that every piece meets our premium quality standards before it leaves our studio. However, we do not take responsibility for discomfort or fitment issues resulting from inaccurate impressions or changes in your dental structure.
Adjustments and Repair Services
While all sales are final, we want you to love your custom jewelry. Any requests for adjustments or repairs after delivery are handled at the sole discretion of Grillzmaster. Please note that such services are not guaranteed and will likely incur additional labor and material fees. All shipping costs for repairs or adjustments are the responsibility of the client.
